Sprite Shower Filters

Sprite’s Shower Falls® shower filter is an attractive chrome upgrade of the Hand-Held unit.

Like the standard Hand-Held, it increases the overall height of the shower head, between eight and ten inches above it’s original position — great for taller individuals — and also like the Hand Held, Shower Falls makes it easy to fill the tub with chlorine-free water.

Sprite recommends cartridge change every three months. The compact filter cartridge is contained in the handle and is very easy to replace. New units come with one cartridge already installed. Replacement cartridges come in inexpensive two-packs. Shower Falls uses the same cartridges as Hand-Held models. The Shower Falls installs simply and easily. Remove your existing shower head and screw on the Shower Falls. It comes complete with its own cradle and shower head which features a five-setting adjustable spray.

Shower Falls Highlights

• Cartridge Life: Sprite recommends changing Shower Falls cartridges every three months. However, some of our customers use them longer. Cartridges come in inexpensive two-packs. Each two-pack is subject to our volume discount of 10% for two, 15% for three or more.
• Filtration Media: Shower Falls cartridges contain KDF and Chlorgon, the same as all Sprite shower filter cartridges. KDF is a patented specialty medium used in most shower filters and in other water filtration venues. Chlorgon is a patented filter medium available only in Sprite shower filters.
• Head Height: 8 inches (measured from the mounting joint to the top of the shower head).
• Hose Length: 70 inches.
• Warranty: One year. (Pure Water Products handles its own warranty issues—you won’t have to deal with the factory.)
• Suggested Maintenance: The cartridge is reversible. It can be easily rotated to operate in either direction. Although rotating the cartridge is not necessary, and many users don't bother, periodically reversing the cartridge backwashes the cartridge as it is filtering, ensuring balanced filtration, and reduces channeling.

Virtually all shower pipes in the United States are a standard size—1/2 inch. Sprite shower filters have 1/2 inch ports.
